Have a very specific goal in mind. Often a small step a.e. rolling your shoulders back a few times while sitting will help improve your posture.
Goals that are measurable are more often achieved. How can you tell when you've done it?
Your goal has to be something you are able to do.
Is your goal obtainable in the the time frame you have given yourself?
Goals that have a set time period are more often achieved.
